📦 KayPack Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
If your order includes bulk or custom items, we’ll reach out if additional processing time is needed.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within the UK.

3. Delivery Options & Estimates

Local Delivery (Coventry area) | Within 1–2 days | Hand-delivered by KayPack — £10 fee applies |
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location. We do not currently offer flat-rate or free shipping — but we’re working on future discounts for KayPack Club members.
5. Tracking & Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
6. Issues With Delivery
If your order is delayed or goes missing, please:

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something’s not right, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items — and we’ll fix it fast.
